This programme aims at equipping students with practical skills of operating travel companies and hospitality operations. Taught skills include: itinerary planning, travel scheduling, tour packaging, air fare calculation, ticketing, fleet management and tour guiding. The hospitality skills include; front office operations, housekeeping operations, food and beverage production and service. We equip students with practical operational skills to enable them work at middle management levels. The target groups of the programme are suitable qualified candidates who would like to develop a career in tourism, travel, and airline and hotel businesses.Admission RequirementsMean grade of C- (minus) and C- (minus) in English and Kiswahili. Certificate in a related discipline.
